This policy explains what personal details Gas Link collects through this website and when you order from us, why we use them, who else sees them and how long we keep them.
Who we are

What we collect
- When you send a message through this website (the contact form or the “Get a Quote” form): your name, phone number, email address, the subject you pick and your message. With each message the website also saves your IP address, your browser details and the page you sent it from. We use these only to stop spam and misuse.
- When you call, WhatsApp or order: your name, phone number, delivery address, what you order and how you pay. We do not take card payments, and we never ask for bank passwords or PIN codes.
- When you visit the site: our hosting company’s servers record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
Please do not send ID card numbers or other sensitive details through the forms.
How we use your details
- to reply to your message and give you a price;
- to deliver your order or arrange an installation, safety check or site visit;
- to keep a record of orders and, for businesses with a monthly account, to send invoices;
- to stop spam and misuse of the website.
We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing emails.
Who else sees your details
- Our staff who handle your order or message.
- Our website host, Hostinger, which stores the website and the messages sent through its forms.
- Our email providers: each form message is also emailed to Gas Link’s inboxes, including a Gmail inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us on WhatsApp.
- The payment service you choose (JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank) when you pay us.
- Authorities, if the law requires us to share information.
Cookies and other services
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Contact page shows a Google Maps map; when it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under the Google Privacy Policy. Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp take you to those services, which follow their own privacy policies.
How long we keep your details
We keep messages and contact details for 12 months after we receive them, then delete them. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices

Keeping your details safe
We limit who can see your details and use a secure (HTTPS) connection on this website. No website or email service is completely secure, so please do not send more than we need.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

If we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the date at the top.
